Reactivation

Game won't run. Keeps crashing. Hopefully we won't get any posts here, but if we do, we'll try to help you out. You can also post any bugs that you find here. IMPORTANT: Don't post mod related problems here!

The support email was fine, it was using the website "contact us" link that was not working. But emailing them directly was never down. But everything is working now, so either way should work. We have tested and verified. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I had to uninstall program and reinstall. That all works but now it tells me I need to deactivate but theres no place to. I just bought the code. What do I have to do? Please dont tell me to start and enter code because it says I cant until I deactivate. But I cant do that. Had I own I would have tried that before uninstalling.URGENT
