Windows XP Add or Remove Programs displays 4 versions of SOWGB

When I search my drives in the My Computer directory, the game files for one version of SOWGB are displayed as they should. However, my Add or Remove Programs list displays four versions:

Scourge of War – Gettysburg ....................... 2,980.00MB
Scourge of War – Gettysburg v1.1 Patch ........ 2,980.00MB
Scourge of War – Gettysburg v1.101 Patch ..... 2,980.00MB
Scourge of War – Gettysburg v1.103 Patch ..... 2,581.00MB

Some of these could be left over titles only and not linking to the game files. What throws me off however, is when I click on the Change/Remove button for each of them (including the first entry on the list: Scourge of War – Gettysburg?!), the pop-up for each of the four states the same:

“This progam will uninstall Scourge of War – Gettysburg v1.103 Patch from your hard drive.”

To reiterate, the pop-up states “v1.103” for each of the four???

Which (if any) versions displayed on my Add or Remove Programs list can I safely delete without screwing up my game?

There is a bug in the system that I need to work on the installation script for this type of thing. I have the patch adding into this list and it should not be doing that.

Hi.

I made the mistake of uninstalling the earlier patch versions, and found that it uninstalls the game. To fix that I re-installed the latest patch, and everything went back to normal.

To Adukes: Have to like a person who doesn't waste time. Cheers...
