It happens every now and again.

I took this screenshot a few months ago, and found it amusing. I call it, "The Art of War", with apologies to Sun Tzu.

While in the battle:
Press the Esc key
Click on Save Battle
Give the save file a name
Press the check mark

Now go to your Scourge of War - Gettyburg\Work\Saved Games folder
Zip up the saved game file and attach it to an email addressed to sowsupport at scourgeofwar dot com.
Replace the 'at' and 'dot' with @ and .
Give a brief description of the problem you are reporting in the email.
