Target icons missing

I reinstalled the game to see if I could fix the lag problem, and now the red target icons over the units in range are missing. I looked at the game options, and selected everything I could imagine to retrieve them, but to no avail. I do have the list of targets in the left hand corner though. But the target icon makes it a bit easier.

Any thoughts as to what the issue is? Thanks!

Did you enable "Hide Flag Icons"?

I tried unchecking it last night, and it didn't solve the issue. I went ahead and reinstalled the game again this morning, and it seems to be working fine now. Something must have gone awry in the installation process. Thanks.
