burymeonthefield - I just checked out #3 and didn't see any issues. I'm able to load it fine.. It's possible that you have a conflicting mod (but it should still show something in the log).
I would disable all mods except for the AP Hill series, and see if it loads. If it does load, then start enabling each mod again 1 by 1 so you can nail down which one is causing the crash.

Unfortunately, folks won't be able to use my DRF with your scenarios as long as you include OOBs, and stack the mod above mine.
I'm sure we can fix it, first, I need to update mine to 1.1, then we can stack mine above, and flags and everything will function properly, unless you alter your master OOBs that you include.

Well, I've just been playing the hell out of the first scenario (I can beat it, but I'm having a good time trying different ploys to try and reduce casualties), so scenario 3 is a long way of yet I guess!
