With the camera panned out a bit, they don’t look that blurred.
Basically, when I was converting the Lo-Res from the Hi-Res – I noticed that they are the same except the Lo-Res are half the size, and then doubled in size to get the sprites to be the same size as the High-Res.
Now, after the units are doubled, they become a little bit more blurry, so I thought why not change the size of them, and so instead of expanding them to say (100), why not expand them to something like (66). It’s easier to explain by using these numbers.
So, these are pictures of the Lo-Res units expanded to (66), instead of (100) which is sort of blurry. Basically they are a third size smaller, which makes the sprites tighter.
Now considering that there are no fences on the Alpine Map, this just might work!
What do you think?

Question for the Modders – running the game on Lo-Res, instead of the Hi-Res – doesn’t seem to make the game run any faster, it only seems to free up more memory!
What are your thoughts on this?
