Howdy Fellers,
Still working on my first scenario. What do the following commands do? They're not really covered in the manual.
stay (Like Hold, only not at an Objective?)
attack (versus attackmarch)?
And how about the formation linefight (how is it different from line)?
Thanks for your help!
Mark

Re:What do these commmands do?
Stay - This is the same command as "Hold To The Last" on the toolbar. It does exactly what the title says. Units will stay put (although it depends on the personality of their commander, there's a chance they will move around some)
Attack/Attackmarch - Attack is the attack order on the toolbar of course, attackmarch instructs the unit to move to coordinates while ignoring nearby targets, even if they are in firing range.
Line - Not familiar with that one.. Maybe Adukes can chime in.

Units in line_fight can fight but cannot in line.

Re:What do these commmands do?
Thanks ADukes, but I don't quite understand that command.
"line_fight" units can fight in other formations, but not while they're in line?

Re:What do these commmands do?
Units in Line formation cannot fight. They will automatically change their formation to LineFight if they are in firing range.
