Is the horsemanship value for artillery the fuse setting? In TC2M, it was the breastwork value. That column disappeared in SOW but horsemanship is now included.

Hmm, I posted this question yesterday, but it disappeared. The answer must be top secret. 
Is the horsemanship value for artillery the fuse setting? In TC2M, it was the breastwork value. That column disappeared in SOW but horsemanship is now included.
