Blood Splatter when men get hit? (Morbid I know)

Is it possible to have blood spray, and other effects depicting body hits?

I know being hit by a ball of lead would normally enter the front, and blowout the back. It would add to the carnage on field.

Just a morbid thought.

Wouldn't it though.

I mean, try to imagine the courage these guys had to actually have to stand there, and watch their lines get washed away like that. I only wish I had that kind of courage.
I just can't wrap my mind around it.

Something to look forward to in the addon, or a mod.

Not to be too sanguine here, but CW era bullets were too soft and spread out too much on impact for there to be a lot of exit wounds. If the bullet hit a bone it was virtually guaranteed to stay in the body. Still... there would be plenty of, umm, blood.
