Confused by RebBugler's new orders
Confused by RebBugler's new orders
Its the new "Take Charge of Subordinates & Take Charge of Subordinates Off". I really don't know how to use these and when I would need to use them. I do know that I can't move my artillery until they have NO ORDERS and I fell these must have something to do with that although I could be wrong. I have been using the McPherson Ridge Scenario to experiment with his new orders. Please explain. THanks.

These are not orders, they are commands, although I used orders' buttons, to add to the confusion. :woohoo:
With TC2M these were enabled with the 1 and 2 keys, now, they can be enabled on the toolbar.
Should have explained better, TC2M folks know all so well:Its the new "Take Charge of Subordinates & Take Charge of Subordinates Off". Re:Confused by RebBugler's new orders
All subordinates? So if I am playing as a Div. Commander, then all brigades are TC'd? If I am Corp commander then all Div commanders and their Brigades are TC'd?? If so then I will need to take this off before the subordinates will react to dangers etc....
OR..even if I am Army Commander, does this mean all I have to do is highlight any commander and all if his subordinates will be TC's? I nee to get this straight. Thanks again.

Yep...Yep
"OR..even if I am Army Commander, does this mean all I have to do is highlight any commander and all if his subordinates will be TC's? "
Huh...
If you're the army commander and select it, all your commanders become TC'd, and vice versa.
Oh, I get ya, it's not who you are, it's who you select, and then give the command.
