Can't deactivate after uninstalling

Well SOW kept crashing when starting it after I installed the newest beta. I uninstalled then reinstalled and then installed the beta which now starts but I can't activate my new install as it says my code is already activated. I hit deactivate on my new install which works with the beta but it doesn't do anything. How do I deactivate my code so I can play?

Did you check to see if your code is still available? It's possible it could have been locked out.
