THE ACTIVATION HAS NOT RE-RAN

Game won't run. Keeps crashing. Hopefully we won't get any posts here, but if we do, we'll try to help you out. You can also post any bugs that you find here. IMPORTANT: Don't post mod related problems here!

NORB...

After you had me reset the code worked fine from my notebook.

From the notebook I de-activate the code and your server has notified me that this could be used again.

I used the desktop PC and managed to play in full mode.

I de-activated on this PC to re-play from the laptop (to prove that everything was like 20 days ago) ... but the code is NOT de-activated.
Now I have the game on both my PCs (PC, notebook) but I can only play in 'Demo Mode'.

If I try to de-activate the code from one of my two PCs notify me is that the code is active and that I must first deactivate ... but how?

Tip: It is better to have a single code for pc?
probably your server does not reset correctly ...

I do not know I'm confused ... :huh:

I do not understand why for over 20 days all went well ... :cheer:

The other players who have problems with activation?

PS: I sent again to your support center, both of my 'active.log' of both PCs.
Both computers have the same OS (Windows 7 (x64) and the same antivirus VIPRE set to NOT check all files, now we know!

That beard ... :side:

STEAM is better. I have many games with Steam and I've never had these problems (I'm not going to criticize( :blush: ), but to be practical and not waste time).

And again, VIPRE Premium is the problem. It blocks SOWGB's internet access so you can't deactivate/activate the game properly.
Make sure that you allow the SCPWIN32.dll and/or the SOWGB.exe to connect to the internet in VIPRE and add both as an exception.

OK, now i re-istalled the game, before i set VIPRE to not check the .exe % the .dll files...
but becouse firts it run?

the code is again active!
on my both hardware (notebook & PC).

I have setting VIPRE on both hardware with exeception for [.exe] & [.dll] both files of game as firewall as scan, etc..

I think that re-setting on your server.
and also think that ONE code, ONE game...
i am confused, becouse i undertand becose for all 20 day before all run perfect! (with MSE antivirus e/or VIPRE).
