OK. I've just written an error reporting system.

If you want to try again, delete the oob editor you have, download it again, and run it. If it is going to crash it will show an error reporting dialog displaying the contents of the report, click "Send" and it will send me the report. Then I can see where the crash is happening.

Reading the report it looks like you don't have the .NET framework 3.5. This is a necessary part of windows to use this program.

Normally windows installs it automatically when it updates, but since you apparently don't have it, you can try downloading it here.
