Blood on the Run VP's question

Post by kaplan71 »

I am playing the Blood on the Run scenario, and I have succeeded in routing Archer from the woods, and capturing the VP location. About half way through the scenario, the VP location in the woods, and further east disappear from the map and none reappear to take their place. At best I can garner a stalemate result.

Is this by design, or do I need to dispatch a regiment to the second VP location, in order to gain its victory points. The only question I have about that my being at the VP location in order to get credit for it? Thanks.

They disappear 10 minutes before the scenario ends. It's a bug that is fixed in the beta patch.

Hi there --

Is the patch currently available, or is there an ETA for its release?

Hi there --

I completed the installation of the patch, and I was able to start the game without issue. I picked up where I left off, and unfortunately, the VP locations disappeared again.

Do I need to start the scenario or the entire game over in order for the patch to go into effect?

If you start a saved game, there is nothing you can do to recover them. You have to start over because in your saved game they have already disappeared. Sorry about that.
