"To and Fro"

Just finished a game a little while back. At the end, had a couple of infantry units that could not make up their minds as to whether retreat or charge. They would run a few yards towards my force and then turn and run a few yards away...repeating this behavior several times. Don't know if this is a bug or ??? Zip attached.

I've seen that before. Norb can fix those case by case.
