Hang in There Team!

Post by RDBoles »

From reading all the messages I would say you have your hands full. Just a note of encouragement and support. I'm old. '61' and have the patience of Job. I would bet that there are many who hope you get the bugs fixed and get a patch to us all in a timely manner. What ever it takes and how ever long it takes, Do it well. This game is a shining example of dedication and real American knowhow. BZ26V

Thanks fellas. We're glad to see that the first patch has squashed the big bugs, but there's still work to be done. The game is still in it's infancy and it will just keep getting better and better. :)

We appreciate and we know that you guys are here reporting bugs because you want this game to shine as much as we do. That you trust us enough to know that we are going to keep fixing it until it's perfect. That's the thing that separates this team, our games are released fully tested and ready to play, but they are still a work in progress.

All games are like that, Norb. We are lucky because there's a sort of spirit in the game segment you have chosen and so all the community is united into constructive criticism and sound reports.

On the other hand, credit must also be given to those who commit their spare time into looking at the boards, taking notes, and then going back to reproduce the issues so that bugs can be found and squashed. There's nothing more dreadful than bad community managers who deny the evidence of problems... it just frustrates the hell out of people who strive to bring in reports to make the game better.

We're all on the same boat! :) go go go !

I disagree that all games are like that. The games I play just have a bug fix patch maybe, rarely new content. Maybe I play the wrong games.

And some companies sell their patches as expansions.
