Help!

Woke up this morning to start the game and rather than starting as usual the activation page popped up with my code prefilled so I clicked on "activate". I got a message that says "Could not talk to activation server" and then " Activation Failed". I have been playin the game great for three days. Whats happened all of a sudden and how can I get the game that I paid for back?? All I can get to now is the tutorial. I hate this stuff.

Well I checked my activation code and it reports that I have 0 activations remaining. WTF. I would like another one please or my $ back.

50 minutes and no responce. HMMM? Not good.

So your activation was working fine. You got the code, activated the game, and played multiple times with no problems. Then one morning it just said that it was no longer activated? Did you move the game folder, or do anything that would help us figure out how this happened so that it doesn't happen again?

Just got home from work. Nothing was moved or changed. Resigned from the game last night and this morning this happened. I am sending my code along with the activation log as requested above.

Also, Any chance I could get a new code to continue playing....since the paypal debit has already cleared???

I am going to start a new thread on this issue, but from what we can tell from your log, our activation dll has been flagged by your virus software. A reinstall should fix the problem.

Thanks for your help.. I have a problem. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled but neglected to deactivate i guess. It now says my code is in use I I need to deactivate it. I see where it says deactivate at bottom left of the Demo main page but clicking there doesn't seem to work. What to do?

Same thing that we say for every activation error. We have a sticky at the top of the forum just for activation errors.
