Backing your own copy up

Game won't run. Keeps crashing. Hopefully we won't get any posts here, but if we do, we'll try to help you out. You can also post any bugs that you find here. IMPORTANT: Don't post mod related problems here!

Backing your own copy up

Post by Braxton Bragg »

Hi Guy's was wondering what happens when we get patches updates and most of all MODS
We all know that in the past we have downloaded a mod which
has messed up some systems.

Answer to this is too make a back up copy of the 1st download which if things go wrong we can always replace with the backup copy.

By the Way this game rocks, just about took the roundtops had to bring a few batteries up close to the of big round top then blast the yanks sending my brigade up the hill towards little round top, cleared them off after some tuff fighting, they ran back too wards an easterly direction and that itself was a sight to behold. from a distance looks great when you see the enemy rout! OFF TOPIC sorry

PPS beautiful instruction manuel :woohoo:
Great Game Norb but.............. whats ............comming........next :P

Since you now install all mods to the mods folder, you will never mess up the main game files. You can't :) So you will not have those issues with sowgb. We'll explain how all that works once we get the sdk out.
