And be sure to have plenty of canister on hand.... :woohoo:[/quote]
Without a doubt there was rifled cannister at GB! But through a undisclosed report that there was'nt any rifled cannons at GB!  B)

Jim was the source of that info. Been playing TC2M alot lately trying different techniques, often getting 1000 casualties from one battery before having to resupply it. These batteries are almost always in cannister range, but never seem to run out of cannister. That's why I "?" the munition levels.I believe Norb and Co. have gotten the percentages correct per gun type.
In addition, I believe that the amount of men a gun crew has specifies the ammunition levels, though I could be wrong. (I remember hearing that somewhere)
According to the manual, the number of men per gun crew has nothing to do with the amount or type of ammunition.I believe Norb and Co. have gotten the percentages correct per gun type.
In addition, I believe that the amount of men a gun crew has specifies the ammunition levels, though I could be wrong. (I remember hearing that somewhere)
If we add up the 50 rounds per chest for both the 10# Parrott and the 3" Ordnance Rifle which totals 200 rounds per gun, that figure is not so far off. On the other hand, since we never see the caissons that accompanied each gun, and if they were not available, then each of these guns would only have 50 rounds! I suspect, however, that it was simply not possible to include each and every caisson as that would possibly "slow" the game.Professor
Many batteries in TC2M carry in excess of 100-150 and more rounds. To be specific I'd have to go fire up the game to take notes as to which battery had what.
