God I hope im not in a M-play game with Dialup

Dialup = Nothing but Lagg...
Get into the 21st centery. :P J/K
But really if thats all you got it is all you got....

Im thinking the better the Connect and Computer Speeds of slowest player the better the game will be.
Not sure but thought I had read the games in M-Play will play at the speed of the slowest computer. Hope an officail answer will be give'n..

We've never tested it, but I'm sure it would just be way too laggy to be playable. AP514 is right that the game will run the speed of the slowest machine.

But hey, I used to play a racing game on dial-up, so it might be possible.

Well that answers that..

mikesla - Well, now you have to upgrade to highspeed.. :)

I know what it's like though. I had to deal with dial-up for 2 years. I used to live in a rural area, and that's all that was available..

I don't think it should be much of a problem, because of Norb's innovative idea of having all computers do frames at the same time, brigades moving on the same frame, etc.

You must have missed Norbs post. "There is no modem support at all. It's just udp."
