I just started playing MP yesterday and it is great. A friend and I have played four games and we look forward to many, many more.
My one wish: An option for the host player to speed up movement as in solitaire play. That's all.

Problem acquiring Beta Patch 3.1
<t>I get a windows security screen that requires a user name and password in order to obtain the 3.1 patch. I used the same name and password as my login for the website, then I used every variation of any name and password I've used for windows or for anything. Nothing works---can't get to the down...

Still trying to learn how to play MP
<t>Yes, I need help. My friend and I tried both the IP method and the Lobby, but failed in both. For the IP, he hosted, I typed in his IP address, I had my Norton Security firewall disabled (Windows firewall permanently disabled), and never could connect. Same thing when I tried hosting. Each time w...

Re:Need help finding a book
<r>I bought my set of the Official Records back in the 80s, and I love the books rather than the CDs of the OR that are now available. However, the good folks at Cornell University have scanned the entire set of the OR, and it's available online for free, and it even has a search feature. Hard to be...

Activation Code Miscue
<t>This has probably been addressed already, so pardon me if it is repetition. Last night I tried purchasing an activation code for a friend through "share-it." I gave my billing address and my credit card information, but I gave my friend's email and info as the recipient. My purchase was declined ...

Re:A lot of random movement
<t>In the McPherson Ridge scenario I place Davis under my command, but invariably I'll look over there and one of his regiments will have wandered into the railroad cut. Frustrating? Yes. Do I want something done about it? No. That's confusion on a battlefield for you--just Davis' brigade recreating...
