Re: Will Waterloo run on windows 10?
I installed the Windows 10 upgrade and had to un install it. SOWGB and Waterloo would run but the frame rates were way low. The both games were clunky and un playable. It was likely my machine (older Quad Core).

SOW Gettysburg Still Fun.
<t>I used to play SOWGB quite a bit and loved to play multi player with the GCM group, but got busy over the past year and I have not put much time into the game. I recently down loaded SOW Waterloo and started playing SOWGB, sandbox games. While Waterloo is fun I have truely enjoyed SOWGB, it is an...

Re: 1836 Mexican War: Issue Resolved
Don,
I followed your lead. I created a folder in mods called Mexico 1836, and unzipped the mod to the Mexico folder. As I looked through my mod folder the files for the mod were there but not contained. Anyway she is running now and looks pretty good. Played a test on Big Whiskey.

Great pictures, looks like a rough outing (LOL). Try to do your best with the beer to sausage ratio.

Re: On the fence, I have some questions
<t>I am sure that I am not the most qualified person to answer your question, but I will give it try until someone else chimes in. The are likely several reasons why troops under your command do not obey your orders: I would guess the most common reason would be the leadership quality of the units c...

Re: Pea Ridge 1862, Texas John's Trans-Mississippi Finale
Very nice maps. The graphics are perfect for this time of year, they helped make my 80 degree Christmas seem a little colder.

Re: How Could Lee Have Won GB?
<t>I am not sure Lee could have won Gettysburg. I have played where I moved around to the right took the Devils Den, Big and Little Round Top. But in the end the Union has many troops on the field and toward the end of the battle the Confederate Army is just about done. The Union had many more troop...

Re: Texas John's BIG WHISKEY
This is a great map. It has quickly become one of my favorites; and a tribute to Texas John's work. Wish he were here to share it with us.

Re: Brandy Station Released
<t>I am not a big fan of Cavalry in SOW, but I bought Brandy station anyway. I figured for less than $10 how could I go wrong. I must say the changes in Cavalry AI and the maps are well worth the money I payed. Last night I played a sandbox game with the Take Command 3.0 First Battle of Manassas OOB...
