Scourge of War Boards

My hard drive crashed, and I had to be replace it. How can I deactivate my key without my old hard drive so that I can re-activate it with my new hard drive?

My computer died and I have purchased a replacement. When I tried to activate Scroge of War it said I needed to de-activate the old computer before I could re-use the activation code. How do I do that, when the old computer is DOA?
