That can be set in Custom Scenarios, copying the following lines in the scenario.ini file and selecting your scale numbers:

Just curious, if you own everything but Brandy Station, what is the purpose for purchasing everything else again? Just to support the developers? Is there anything specifically included in the 150th edition that is not going to be made available to existing versions?

Yep, rebooted and no luck. I am using an ATI 6870 card which I have used for a very long time now and never saw it before.

Any other thoughts? I am kind of bummed that I just bought CV and can't even play it now:(
