I don't know why your email system isn't working but it isn't.

On my my second week and fourth request for some assistance with reactivation. No response of any kind so far.

I've been trying for 4 days to get a hold of anybody that can deactivate and then reactivate my game. No responce from anyone at Norbsoft. Is this usual?
